How long does it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Please inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If you notice any damage, including to the packaging, make a note of it when signing for the shipment. If the package cannot be inspected at that time but damage is suspected, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. If your product is damaged, send clear photos to support@theadventurehaven.com, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or compensation, typically within one business day.
