At The Adventure Haven, we prioritize fast and reliable shipping to ensure your order reaches you promptly.

Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that the cut-off time for placing an order is 6:00 PM. Orders submitted after this time will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times & Costs

• Orders typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days.
• Free shipping is available for orders over $200.
• For orders under $200, a flat shipping fee of $15 applies.
• Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Freight Delivery
Many of our products are shipped using third-party freight carriers. If your order includes items that require freight delivery, you will be contacted to schedule a curbside delivery. To avoid delays, please provide an accurate phone number at checkout.

Order Confirmation & Payment
Upon placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This email verifies that your order has been received and your payment method has been authorized. Your card will not be charged until your order ships, except in cases where items are back-ordered, in which case we may preauthorize your payment to secure your item.
