Refunds & Returns Policy
At The Adventure Haven, we aim to make your shopping experience as comfortable and worry-free as possible. That’s why we’ve simplified our return and refund process for your convenience.
1. Return Time Frame
You can return items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.
2. Shipping Costs
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.
- For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If your item is defective or damaged, notify us within 30 days. We’ll arrange for the return shipping at no cost to you. Once we receive and confirm the issue, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges you originally paid.
4. Change of Mind Returns
If you decide to return an item for any reason other than defect or damage, you have 30 days to do so. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund for the product cost, excluding the original shipping fee.
5. Refunds
After we receive and verify the returned item, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take your bank or payment provider additional time to reflect the refund in your account. If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, feel free to contact us at support@theadventurehaven.com.
6. Restocking Fees
In certain cases, a restocking fee may apply. If this is the case, we’ll inform you during the return process.
