What if my product arrives damaged?

We recommend thoroughly inspecting the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery. If you notice any damage—even to the box—please make a note of it when signing for the delivery. If you are unable to open the package at the time of delivery but suspect damage, we advise writing “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.

Should your item(s) arrive damaged, simply send clear photos to support@theadventure haven.com, and we’ll arrange for an immediate replacement or refund, typically processed within one business day.
